While browsing find  a pretty good article, especially for people who often work behind the desk (the computer), his article as follows. Hope it helps big smile

Research shows how important sport and exercise with moderate intensity, such as jogging about 4 miles a day, not only improves fitness, but also adds age, wow.
Again browesing - browesing nemu a pretty good article, especially for people who often work behind a desk (with computer), an article like this and hopefully enjoy helping bigsmile

According to them, industrious men who exercise have a higher life expectancy than men whose lifestyles a lot of sitting at the computer. Exercise regularly to avoid shortening effect of age because of smoking and being overweight.

Men with high blood pressure who diligently exercise have half the death rate than those who did not exercise. Men who walk about 15 miles a week or more had a death rate 21 percent lower than men who walked just 4 kilometers a week or less.

Regular exercise prevents the tendency of genetic diseases that cause death. The man who one or both parents died before age 65 years, death rates decreased by 25 percent thanks to regular exercise. Men who are very active, including those who love sports, have a life expectancy of the most good. This is due to the death because of heart disease and blood vessels become less.

Recent research in New Zealand also showed adverse effects for employees who live in depam more computers. The research mentions that office workers work long hours behind a desk, more prone to deadly blood clots, compared to aircraft passengers who travel long distances.

Research carried out Professor Richard Beasley from the Medical Research Institute in Wellington showed a third of hospital patients who suffered deep vein thrombosis (DVT) were office workers who spend time at the computer.

work-02Sejumlah 34 percent of 62 samples had a blood clot is a person who for a long time to work by sitting in a chair, while another 21 percent of patients had recently traveled long distances by plane. DVT is the formation of blood clots in the veins, most commonly in the legs.

The clots can travel to the heart, lungs or brain, causing chest pain, shortness of breath or even death from heart attack or stroke. The condition is commonly called economy class syndrome because of the passenger aircraft that travel long distances but not free to stretch their limbs are most at risk.

Well, it's not a good effect to us, so  it is time we change our lifestyle to the better.

Ontario Colleges Apprenticeship Programs

Do you like to learn by doing? Are you interested in working in the skilled trades?

If so, Ontario's colleges can help. The 28 publicly-funded colleges of Ontario help educate more than 25,000 apprentices across the province each year.

An apprenticeship is a form of job training that enables you to learn by doing. As an apprentice you work under the supervision of a person skilled in the job you wish to learn. That individual teaches you how to do the work. As part of all apprenticeships, there is an in-school educational component. This educational component is provided at one of the colleges in Ontario.

There are many paths to becoming an apprentice. The traditional approach to becoming an apprentice is to find an employer willing to teach you the trade and then contact the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities and officially register as an apprentice. The educational component of your apprenticeship may be taken at one of the publicly-funded colleges in Ontario. For details regarding the traditional apprenticeship system, see the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities website.

If you are not currently registered as an apprentice, the colleges of Ontario can help you get started. Check out the pre-apprenticeship programs offered at a number of colleges. These programs give you shop/lab experience, academic upgrading and Level 1 apprenticeship in-school training so that you are more prepared to find an employer to take you on as an apprentice. It is important to research which particular programs are being offered at any individual college before applying as program offerings vary from year to year.

If you wish to pursue an apprenticeship and a college diploma at the same time, (and are not currently registered as an apprentice), many colleges offer Co-op Diploma Apprenticeship programs. These are programs that combine a college diploma program and apprenticeship training. Applicants must meet academic eligibility standards for entrance into this program, but having employer sponsorship before registering is not required.
